Danielle Cromartie-Williams is a Licensed Therapist and Approved Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey with several years of counseling experience in a variety of settings, conducting individual and family therapy. Danielle also works with couples who have experienced difficulties with communication, intimacy, trust and other barriers that occur through relationship changes and marriage. Danielle is currently providing individual, family, and relationship counseling for people across the lifespan with a focus on adults. Many of Danielle’s clients struggle with their day to day life, feel overwhelmed with life circumstances, and can react to daily situations with heightened emotional responses such as anger, sadness, and insecurity. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Danielle is adept at working with people to help give them the tools to handle life’s challenges and begin to heal emotionally.

Danielle’s integrative approach to therapy blends several evidenced-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Techniques and Motivational Interviewing. In sessions, she works with the client to identify treatment issues, to develop therapeutic strategies and to create a strong follow through in the counseling process. By creating a comfortable and non-judgmental environment, she gently leads her clients to identify self-care strategies, improve self awareness, and correction of harmful beliefs leading to a more objective mindset to help combat life’s stressors.

With clinical experience in outpatient, in-home, residential treatment and substance use treatment centers, Danielle welcomes people across the spectrum of issues, age, and emotional pain. Danielle offers both telehealth therapy and in office therapy, to fit needs of individuals.
