Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to enhance their well-being. I offer a client centered therapy approach that includes an open dialogue and realistic expectations. During individual sessions, therapist and client explore strategies towards achieving client centered goals. Session can range from 45-60 minutes.
Family therapy is offered to help family members improve communication, solve family problems, understand and handle change, and create a better functioning home environment. Families can work together to overcome barriers with guidance and support. Whether families are experiencing growth or transitions, family can help settle family dynamics.
Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples, helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction. It can be helpful to share concerns in a private environment with a professional who can facilitate and support difficult conversations.
